We hope you love every item you receive from DOTSHOP. If something isn't quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date.
How to start a return
Head to your DOTSHOP account and open My Orders, or create a return via our Returns and Refunds page. Once your request is approved you'll receive a confirmation email with your return label and instructions.
Return cost
A flat fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
Condition of items
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and packed in their original boxes and dust bags. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you and the refund declined.
Refund timing
Once your return reaches our Brand partner's warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Your refund will then be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you prefer, store credit is available on request.
Items that cannot be returned
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Vintage and Fine Jewelry
- Beauty, fragrance, nail polish and aerosols
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
